A BIG Hello to all my readers ! Thanks for visiting this blog.
My name is Woody and I am from India. Occupation? I am a student and I am 19 years old and I weigh 98.7 Kgs ( approx. 217.15 Lbs ). Yeah !! Can you believe that ! '98.7 Kgs' , its a hell lot of weight for the people of my age and i hate it alot. Tried doing all, but
Failed at everything ! :(
No worries but ! Everything i tried was in vein, the reason being " I personally didn't commit myself to those things. "
Any which ways, I have started this blog to achieve an aim. And, the aim is but obvious the 'title' of this blog :D . Well for those who still did not get it, " I have started this blog to achieve weight loss for myself. "
Now you guys must be thinking " How will this guy loose weight by blogging ? ". Well, thats the point. I want all of you to know how I am going with my weight loss program. You guys will keep me encouraged to work more and more towards my aim. Hope you help me a bit ! ;)
The idea is simple ! i will be working out in the gym,home,etc and will be giving you all the updates about my weight and exercises that i do ! Hope you support me and encourage me towards my goal of weight loss. i will be giving you all the updates atleast thrice a week !
